As a full-time Transformational Platform Consultant, the successful candidate will serve as a technical strategist and storyteller, co-designing multi-year transformation visions for valuable customers while working flexibly or remotely. Key responsibilities Co-design the customer's "North Star" operating model and own the technical transformation narrative Engage with C-level executives to articulate business outcomes and maintain executive momentum throughout the transformation journey Partner with Elevate Pursuit Leads to develop deal strategies, technical approaches, and transformation roadmaps Required qualifications 10+ years in enterprise pre-sales consulting, customer success, or solution architecture roles Proven experience designing and owning end-to-end transformation strategies or operating model redesigns Authoritative understanding of enterprise workflow platforms and IT service management principles Strong executive presence with excellent storytelling and presentation skills Self-directed and proactive with a customer-centric approach to building lasting transformations
