Driving critical transformation initiatives from idea through implementation, the full-time remote Transformation Project Manager will manage end-to-end domain processes, utilizing AI and automation to redesign workflows, while ensuring measurable outcomes and fostering strong partnerships across business teams. Key Responsibilities Take end-to-end domain processes from current state to fundamentally redesigned future state, building execution roadmaps and driving implementation Own defined projects in the transformation portfolio, maintaining direct accountability for execution and measurable impact Work closely with business teams to map, pilot, and implement new ways of working, ensuring alignment and adoption Required Qualifications 3+ years in consulting, project management, process improvement, or an analytical role Demonstrated ability to own a piece of work end-to-end and achieve results Fluent in using AI in daily work and can demonstrate its application Experience in consulting, rotational, or leadership-development programs, with exposure to complex business problems Six Sigma Green Belt or familiarity with structured problem-solving methodologies is a plus
