Key responsibilities Design, build, and maintain an LLM-powered company knowledge base to capture and utilize institutional knowledge Architect agentic applications and production harnesses, ensuring security, maintainability, and continuous improvement Deliver structured training programs and workshops to facilitate AI adoption and integration across the organization Required qualifications Strong hands-on software or AI engineering experience with proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript Demonstrable experience in building LLM knowledge management systems or related context-engineering solutions Deep expertise in Claude Code, including workflows, skills, and integrations Proven experience with AWS services, focusing on security, scalability, and cost management Experience in teaching and running training programs for technical and non-technical audiences
