As a full-time remote Transformation Consultant, the successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding enterprise transformation initiatives from strategic planning through adoption and sustained business value realization. Key responsibilities Lead current-state assessments to identify performance gaps and develop phased transformation roadmaps Facilitate executive workshops to drive alignment and decision-making throughout transformation programs Design and execute integrated change management strategies to ensure successful adoption and performance improvement Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Organizational Development, or a related field 3+ years of experience in consulting, business transformation, or change management Experience supporting ERP, CRM, or cloud transformation initiatives, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Working knowledge of established change management methodologies such as Prosci/ADKAR or Kotter Strong analytical capabilities, including business case development and process mapping
