Transactional ParalegalOur client, a highly regarded international law firm with a premier New York office, is seeking an experienced Corporate Transactional Paralegal to support its dynamic Real Estate and Finance practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside leading attorneys on sophisticated transactions in a collaborative, high-performance environment.The Transactional Paralegal will play a key role in supporting attorneys through all phases of complex commercial transactions, including real estate acquisitions and dispositions, asset-backed finance matters, UCC filings, and structured finance transactions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

The firm offers a competitive compensation package, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive professional environment.Key Responsibilities:Assist with all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financingPrepare, review, and manage transaction documents and closing checklistsConduct and coordinate due diligence, including title and survey reviewPrepare and file UCC financing statements and related searchesSupport asset-backed finance and structured finance transactions, including preparation of closing binders and organizational documentsCoordinate closings, track deliverables, and maintain transaction databasesLiaise with clients, opposing counsel, title companies, and other third partiesOrganize and maintain transaction files and post-closing documentation
