Estate Planning Attorney – Senior Level

Base pay range: $140,000.00/yr – $220,000.00/yr. Eligible for an objective bonus structure.

About the Role

This is a transactional estate planning position with no probate administration.

You will:

• Draft estate plans end to end
• Work closely with clients and build long-term relationships
• Oversee and develop the estate planning practice area
• Have clear autonomy to shape and grow the department

What We Are Seeking

• 5+ years of estate planning experience (estate planning only)
• Proven ability to independently draft estate plans
• Ambition to take on leadership responsibility

Preferred

• Tax experience (LLM or tax certification)
• Partner level: $215k to $220k
• Objective bonus model for hours above target
