Shuffield, Lowman & Wilson, a full-service AV-Rated law firm, has an immediate need in our Orlando office for a 3 -5 year associate with experience in negotiating, drafting, reviewing, and auditing transactional employment law documents such as offer letters, employment agreements, independent contractor agreements, separation agreements, performance improvement plans, corrective action plans, and policies and handbooks. Ideally, this candidate could also engage in advice and counseling with clients identifying and implementing compliance and risk mitigation strategies within its workplace and workforce by handling internal audits to ensure compliance with OSHA, DOL, USCIS, IRS and other regulatory institutions. Finally, experience in managing HR investigations, management trainings, and due diligence materials review and advice would be considered highly valuable. Must have excellent attention to detail and drafting skills, be comfortable interacting with clients, be a team player and have ability to multi-task.
