Transactional Attorney (Real Estate)We are partnering with a highly regarded law firm in the Las Vegas area to place a talented Transactional Attorney with HOA experience. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and growing practice group with a well-established client base.This position offers the opportunity to build a strong client base, expand your knowledge of HOA and common interest community law, and provide valuable counsel to clients navigating a complex legal environment. You will collaborate closely with attorneys across the firm on a wide variety of matters involving all aspects of homeowners associations and NRS 116.Key responsibilities include:Draft, review, and edit HOA governing documents including CC&Rs, bylaws, rules & regulations, and policiesProvide strategic legal advice and counsel to HOA clientsInterpret and apply corporate law and related legal doctrinesDraft legal opinions based on client governing documentsConduct thorough legal research and analysis on a variety of legal issuesMaintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfactionRepresent clients in mediations, settlement conferences, and negotiationsParticipate in alternative dispute resolution methods when appropriateCollaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure seamless workflowStay current on changes in laws and regulations affecting HOA and real property practiceQualifications include:2+ years of experience in real property law and/or common interest community lawActive Nevada Bar admission requiredStrong legal writing and research skillsExcellent verbal and written client communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and legal research platformsExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple assignments simultaneously with minimal supervisionMust be able to pass a background checkBenefits include:Compensation $150,000+ (depending on experience)Health, dental, and vision insurance401(k)Life insurancePaid time offEmployee assistance program
