Supervising a team in a full-time role, the Transaction Management Supervisor will manage the project management of inbound and outbound servicing transfers, ensuring adherence to procedures and operational efficiency while working remotely. Key responsibilities Supervise, coach, and develop the team responsible for servicing transfers, ensuring standards are met and operational issues are addressed Manage the transfer pipeline, assign work to team members, and measure employee performance Develop and maintain reporting on transfer status and issues for management, while collaborating with internal teams for process improvements Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required 5+ years of experience in mortgage servicing and/or loan transfer 2+ years of supervisory experience 2+ years of project management experience Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Access, and Word)
