A leading middle-market investment bank or advisory firm may seek a Transaction Execution Analyst to support clients in M&A, capital raises, divestitures, and restructuring transactions . Key Responsibilities
Support transaction execution activities across M&A, restructuring, and capital market deals
Build and maintain financial models , including 3-statement projections, DCF, LBO, and accretion/dilution analyses
Conduct industry research, financial statement analysis, and company benchmarking to inform client decisions
Prepare pitch books, investment memoranda, and client presentations
Assist with due diligence, data room organization, and transaction coordination
Collaborate with senior bankers and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and accurate deal execution
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics , or a related field
Strong skills in financial modeling, valuation, and transaction analysis
Excellent analytical, quantitative, and communication abilities

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
