80-100k Base Salary

LHH is partnering with a well-established organization in the Greater Louisville area to identify a Transaction & Closing Coordinator. This role offers the opportunity to support a high volume of commercial real estate and financing transactions while working closely with senior leadership, lenders, outside counsel, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing transactions, and loan closings
• Manage due diligence processes, including title, survey, environmental, and closing documentation
• Draft, revise, and track transaction documents, contracts, leases, amendments, and related agreements
• Coordinate redlines, document execution, signatures, and closing logistics
• Maintain transaction files, closing binders, and post-closing documentation
• Serve as a key point of contact between internal teams, lenders, counterparties, and outside counsel

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate, legal operations, transaction coordination, contract administration, or a related field
• Strong understanding of commercial real estate transactions and closing processes
• Experience supporting financing transactions and loan documentation preferred
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
• Strong attention to detail and document management experience

Additional Information:

Personal Time Off (PTO) is offered on an accrual basis up to 184 hours a year, 13 Paid Holidays, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
