Supporting lease administration and financial reporting, the full-time remote Transaction Analyst will manage lease terminations, renewals, and provide financial breakdown support while participating in real estate transactions. Key responsibilities Manage and report on lease terminations, renewals, and rent increases monthly Support tracking of lease information, property values, and rental rates Facilitate the closeout process and assist in lease negotiation and administration Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel Intermediate math skills for financial calculations Ability to analyze information and apply standard practices for problem-solving Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset
