Supporting the execution of complex real estate transactions, the full-time Transaction Analyst will conduct financial analysis, prepare reports, and ensure operational support while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage and report on lease terminations, renewals, and rent commencements Track lease information, property values, and capital expenditures Assist in the closeout process and provide financial breakdown support for transactions Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel Intermediate math skills for financial calculations Ability to apply existing procedures to solve standard problems Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset
