Transaction Analyst II

To support key operational processes, the full-time salaried Transaction Analyst II will manage time-sensitive transactions and assist in the corporate enrollment guarantee program, ensuring seamless customer transitions between energy suppliers while working in a hybrid environment based in Houston, Texas. Key responsibilities Manage and process Utility Market Transactions in various markets such as ERCOT, PJM, NYISO, MISO, and ISO-NE Support back-office processes including enrollments, billing, exception handling, and change transactions Analyze transaction data and resolve issues by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders using various CRM and reporting tools Required qualifications High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree Minimum of two years of experience in processing Utility Market Transactions Experience with EDI enrollment and drop transactions, customer account reconciliation, and managing SLAs in a high-volume environment Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM and reporting systems such as Excel, Access, Power BI, and Oracle Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
