Transaction Advisory Services Manager

Managing multiple projects simultaneously, the full-time salaried Transaction Advisory Services Manager will perform comprehensive financial analysis, evaluate deal structures, and act as a key point of contact for clients while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance client value. Key responsibilities: Perform comprehensive financial analysis to assess target company performance and identify potential risks and opportunities Collaborate with the team to evaluate deal structures and valuation methodologies based on market conditions and industry trends Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations to communicate complex financial information to clients and stakeholders Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 5+ years of experience in Transaction Advisory Services or related areas Strong financial modeling and analysis skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial databases Excellent understanding of financial statements, valuation techniques, and deal structuring Demonstrated ability to manage projects and deliver results within strict timelines
