WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead and supervise conductors, engineers, and train crews.
• Coordinate daily train and switching operations.
• Promote and enforce safety, operating rules, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage railcar movements, train documentation, and operational reporting.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor performance, identify improvements, and drive operational excellence.
• Partner with customers, crews, and leadership to ensure reliable service.
• Coach and develop employees while building a strong, engaged team.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum three years of railroad operations experience.
• Current Locomotive Engineer and Conductor certifications.
• Strong knowledge of FRA regulations and railroad operating rules.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to make sound decisions in a dynamic operating environment.
