We are seeking a seasoned Training Specialist to design, develop, and deliver IT training programs supporting the migration from Trapeze to HASTUS systems.
This role plays a critical part in enabling Bus and Rail operations during a 24-month upgrade initiative.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in technical training and transit systems, with a strong ability to collaborate across departments and deliver impactful learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver IT training programs for the Trapeze to HASTUS system migration.
- Support Bus and Rail daily operations throughout the migration timeline.
- Utilize various training methods including classroom sessions, computer-based training (CBT), seminars, and video resources.
- Acquire and apply knowledge of HASTUS to provide ongoing training and support.
- Develop training materials such as presentations, manuals, videos, and CBTs.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, Digital Modernization teams, and HR/Payroll to align training with organizational goals.
- Deliver training in alignment with migration waves for Bus and Rail divisions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical training content development and delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience with Trapeze and/or HASTUS systems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities related to training delivery and effectiveness.
