Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a UKG Support/Training Specialist for a top healthcare client supporting a large-scale workforce management system upgrade. This candidate will play a key role in preparing more than 4,000 managers for an upcoming go-live by delivering engaging, topic-specific training on workforce management functionality, including scheduling, timekeeping, accruals, leave, and reporting.
The ideal candidate is personable, patient, customer-focused, and confident presenting to a variety of audiences. Candidates with HR systems or UKG Workforce Central experience are highly preferred, but strong trainers with excellent presentation and customer service skills will also be considered.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1-2 years of experience creating training materials and facilitating presentations for various audiences
- Strong customer service experience
- Engaging, personable, patient, and comfortable teaching end users
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience training users on HR-specific platforms
- UKG Workforce Central / Workforce Management experience
- Experience with timekeeping and scheduling
- Knowledge of accruals and leave functionality
- Reporting experience within workforce management systems
$36 to $45
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
