Serving as an embedded training and user-support resource for a Tier 1 Subject Matter Expert team, the independent contractor Training Solution Consultant will coordinate site-specific user support, facilitate training sessions, and maintain training materials, all while working remotely with some travel required. Key Responsibilities Embed within the assigned Tier 1 SME team to understand workflows, processes, and user populations Coordinate site-specific user-support and refresher-training requests while assessing training gaps and user feedback Facilitate instructor-led classes and virtual sessions, delivering targeted coaching and learning-support resources as needed Required Qualifications Experience delivering training or providing end-user support in a business or technical environment Familiarity with Oracle Health Electronic Health Record (EHR) and its associated training and support Ability to translate complex processes into clear learning content and user guidance Strong organizational skills to manage multiple requests and priorities Proficiency with virtual collaboration and documentation tools
