Training Services Specialist

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Adobe Training Services Specialist to design, develop, and deliver training programs for enterprise customers using Adobe Experience Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will enable client teams to effectively utilize Adobe products through instructor-led training, workshops, knowledge transfer sessions, user adoption programs, and customized learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver end-user, administrator, and business-user training programs for Adobe solutions.
• Conduct instructor-led classroom, virtual, and on-site training sessions.
• Create training materials, user guides, manuals, videos, and learning documentation.
• Design role-based learning paths and certification readiness programs.
• Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Assess customer training needs and develop customized training plans.
• Support organizational change management and user adoption initiatives.
• Gather feedback and continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
• Collaborate with project teams during implementation and post-go-live phases.
• Measure training effectiveness through assessments and adoption metrics.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Education, or related field.
• 4+ years of training, enablement, or consulting experience.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience delivering enterprise software training programs.
