Owning the operational flow of Instructor-Led Training (ILT) programs, the full-time remote Training Operations Lead will manage instructor scheduling, curriculum oversight, and logistics to ensure consistent and high-quality course delivery. Key responsibilities Oversee daily operations of all ILT programs, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to timelines Manage contractor success, course closeouts, and maintain data integrity for reporting purposes Implement process improvements and document all ILT operations for scalability and efficiency Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in training operations, logistics, or a similar role supporting ILT Understanding of the ILT program lifecycle from scheduling to continuous improvement Experience with logistics, inventory management, and supply chain operations Proficiency with enterprise systems such as NetSuite and Salesforce Ability to document processes and create standard operating procedures (SOPs) for operational consistency
