BIOTRONIK Neuro is seeking a Training Manager to lead its U.S. education strategy for field sales, clinical support, sales leaders, field trainers, and onboarding mentors.
The role converts business priorities, field needs, product strategy, and regulatory requirements into scalable programs that build clinical, technical, product, selling, territory-management, and leadership capabilities. This role owns curriculum, certification, launch readiness, training effectiveness, and stakeholder alignment.
Approximately 30-50% domestic overnight travel is expected for classes, internal programs, sales meetings, and congresses. Rare international travel may occur.
