Training ManagerThe Training Manager will assist Aramark's leadership and human resources teams to ensure that training needs are accurately evaluated, training programs meet management needs and support the strategic training effort.Job Responsibilities:Training facilitation and instructionTraining calendarsMaintenance of complete training recordsMonitoring the effectiveness of systems, programs and toolsAdvising management on the assessment of training needsMonitoring and controlling the quality of program content, program delivery and training toolsEnsuring that appropriate facilities and equipment are secured and other provisions are made for approved training programsQualifications:Bachelor's Degree is requiredExcellent communication, interpersonal and effective presentation skillsA minimum of 4 years' experience in Human Resources and/or Marketing4 years' specialized experience in the field of training and organizational developmentAbout Aramark:Rooted in service and united by our purpose, we strive to do great things for each other, our partners, our communities, and our planet.
