Training ManagerTraining Managers are responsible for training the team to meet Brand operational and food safety standards and to perform the day to day duties of their roles.Responsibilities Include:Performs all responsibilities of restaurant team membersTrain and coach restaurant team members on their roles and responsibilities and ensure they are meeting all Brand and food safety standardsTrain restaurant team members and ensure completion of required training using Brand and franchisee's toolsHelp onboard restaurant team members using Brand and franchisee tools and systemsEnsure restaurant team can execute new product rollouts including training, marketing and samplingCommunicate clearly with restaurant team members and managersServe as a role model for restaurant team membersProvide great guest service and coach restaurant team members to do the sameTravel required between multiple locationsEducation/Experience:Basic computer skillsFluent in spoken and written EnglishPrevious experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality preferredHigh School diploma or equivalentKey Competencies:Works well with others in a fast-paced team environmentOn time, demonstrates honesty and a positive attitudeWillingness to learn and adapt to changeGuest focused
