Job TitleWe are looking for a seasoned internal candidate to join our Training & Development team.What you'll be doing:Facilitating training sessions (hands-on simulations, instruction, and team exercises).Collaborating with the team to design instructor guides, online learning modules, and technical handouts.Coordinating classes and verifying attendance.Traveling as needed for off-site schools.What you bring to the table:Deep experience servicing our industrial equipment is the most critical requirement.You can explain complex technical concepts in simple, easy-to-understand terms.A willingness to learn instructional design principles (we will help you get there!).Ability to report daily to either the Fredericksburg or Cypress office (this is a collaborative, on-site role).This is a salary position, starting at $67,000, to commensurate with experience.
