This role partners with Learning & Development (L&D) teams, stakeholders, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create instructor-led, eLearning, and blended learning solutions that improve employee performance and business outcomes.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Communications, Education, Human Resources , or a related field preferred
- Master's degree and relevant instructional design certifications are a plus
- 10+ years of experience in instructional design and curriculum development
- Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-level training programs
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Collaborate with L&D consultants, stakeholders, and SMEs to analyze training needs and recommend learning solutions.
- Design and develop instructor-led training (ILT), eLearning, blended learning, and digital learning content.
- Create engaging learning experiences, including:
- Scenario-based training
- Branching simulations
- Interactive assessments
- Gamified learning
- Decision-based learning
- Develop instructional materials such as:
- Instructor guides
- Participant guides
- Job aids
- Reference materials
- Assessments
- Apply instructional design best practices and adult learning principles.
- Lead project meetings, design reviews, and stakeholder discussions.
- Conduct quality assurance (QA) testing and validate learning content before deployment.
- Upload, manage, and maintain learning content within the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Track project progress and communicate updates, risks, and timelines to leadership.
- Maintain content accuracy, version control, accessibility, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Manage and update training materials within the organization's content management library.
