To support the development of clinical and technical staff, the full-time remote Training Delivery Educator III will provide classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training, leveraging knowledge of products and workflows while managing curriculum updates and end-user support during system implementations. Key responsibilities: Deliver training sessions and develop training materials for various applications, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through metrics and feedback, making necessary adjustments to improve learning outcomes Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to address training needs and support organizational initiatives Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Communication, Education, or a related field Minimum one year of experience in designing and delivering training and curriculum development focused on instructor-led training, or four years of relevant experience Comprehensive knowledge of adult learning theory and various training methodologies Experience with course development platforms such as Adobe Suite or Captivate is preferred Familiarity with Epic System software or Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is a plus
