To enhance training effectiveness, the full-time Training Delivery Educator III will provide classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training to clinical and technical staff, leveraging expertise in software applications and operational workflows in a remote setting. Key responsibilities: Deliver training sessions and develop training materials for various applications, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards Evaluate training effectiveness through metrics and feedback, making recommendations for continuous improvement Support end users during system go-lives and application upgrades, addressing technical issues and providing ongoing assistance Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Communication, Education, or related field Minimum one (1) year of experience in designing and delivering training and curriculum development focused on instructor-led training, or four (4) years of relevant experience Comprehensive knowledge of adult learning theory and training methodologies Experience with course development platforms, such as Adobe Suite or Captivate Understanding of Epic System software or Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems preferred
