Position Summary:
The Plant Training Coordinator is responsible for the design, development, and execution of a wide variety of Learning & Development processes, programs, systems, and performance support materials. This role facilitates and flawlessly executes Learning & Development events with professionalism, enthusiasm, energy, and precision. Responsibility for functioning as expert user of various Learning & Development systems such as: LMS, LCMS, Learning Design software, and Project Management software. This role will work cross-functionally with other departments, facilities, contractors, members of the L&D Team, and other Key Stakeholders as needed on Enterprise-Level projects and training rollouts.
