To support large-scale transformation projects, the full-time remote Training Content Developer will manage stakeholder requirements, conduct training needs analysis, and develop curriculum and training materials using various authoring tools. Key Responsibilities Manage stakeholder requirements and conduct training needs analysis Build curriculum and develop training materials, including job aids and user guides Support and facilitate in-person or virtual training delivery for process changes Required Qualifications Proven experience with at least two authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, or SAP Enable Now Experience in designing and creating training content for technical and non-technical audiences Basic understanding of instructional design principles and best practices Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
