Supporting the development and delivery of training programs, the full-time remote Design & Delivery Consultant IV will provide classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training to technical staff, leveraging advanced knowledge of products and operational workflows while ensuring curriculum accuracy and effectiveness. Key responsibilities: Designs and develops training content and curricula, ensuring alignment with business goals and evaluating training effectiveness Facilitates training sessions and supports end-users during system go-lives and application upgrades Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and provide actionable feedback for continuous improvement Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Education, Behavioral Science, or a related field Minimum five (5) years of experience in training delivery, curriculum design, and training development and evaluation, or eight (8) years of relevant experience Experience with eLearning development tools and virtual learning technologies (preferred) Experience administering Learning Management Systems (LMSs) (preferred) Strong understanding of adult learning principles and curriculum development
