To enhance training delivery and curriculum development, the full-time remote Training Consultant IV will provide classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training to technical staff, ensuring effective incorporation of application enhancements and supporting end-user proficiency during system updates and go-lives. Key responsibilities: Design and develop training content, ensuring curriculum accuracy and alignment with business goals Evaluate training needs and monitor the effectiveness of training programs to meet organizational objectives Facilitate collaboration with cross-functional teams to address performance feedback and improve training delivery Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Education, Behavioral Science, or a related field Minimum five (5) years of experience in training delivery, curriculum design, and evaluation, or eight (8) years in a related field Proven experience with eLearning development tools and virtual learning technologies Experience administering Learning Management Systems (LMSs) Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and curriculum development
