To enhance training effectiveness, the full-time Design & Delivery Consultant IV, Software/System Application Training will provide classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training to technical staff while ensuring curriculum accuracy and supporting application enhancements remotely. Key responsibilities Develop and deliver training content, ensuring alignment with business goals and evaluating training effectiveness Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and provide support during system go-lives and upgrades Document validation processes and assist in troubleshooting information systems-related issues for end-users Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Education, Behavioral Science, or a related field Minimum five (5) years of experience in training delivery, curriculum design, and training development Proficiency in adult learning principles and training methodologies Experience with eLearning development tools and virtual learning technologies (preferred) Experience administering Learning Management Systems (LMSs) (preferred)
