Training Associate for Volunteers

To support the Distributed Neighborhood Captains program, the part-time Training Associate for Volunteers will independently lead virtual trainings for volunteer captains across the country, engaging participants and adapting content delivery to various audiences while maintaining a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends. Key responsibilities Bring energy and personality to every virtual training to motivate volunteers Assist in designing and refining training content and materials with the Training Manager Independently lead multiple live virtual trainings for volunteer captains across various states Required qualifications Outgoing, charismatic, and comfortable presenting to a virtual audience Experience in theater, podcasting, teaching, customer service, or similar performance/people-facing work Time-flexible and reliable, able to commit to a varied training schedule including evenings and weekends Experience facilitating on virtual platforms (Zoom, Google Meet) Genuine enjoyment of teaching, coaching, or public speaking
