Training and Development Supervisor

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Training and Development Supervisor will create, administer, and deliver training programs while continuously assessing training needs and collaborating with various departments to enhance employee performance. Key responsibilities Plan, create, develop, and facilitate training manuals and learning modules for new and existing employees Deliver training using various instructional techniques and evaluate trainees on knowledge retention and program effectiveness Ensure compliance with accreditation requirements and maintain current training resources for staff Required qualifications Associates or bachelor's degree required 2-3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in training and development Demonstrated experience in hands-on training and course development Intermediate to expert knowledge of MS Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms preferred Experience within pharmacy operations or a quality-oriented position preferred
