Focusing on instructional design and development, the full-time remote Training and Development Specialist will create, deliver, and oversee technical training, collaborating with subject matter experts to develop engaging learning experiences. Key responsibilities Design and develop instructor-led and web-based training using advanced software tools Manage relationships with stakeholders while leading project teams in the creation and revision of training materials Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements throughout the training process Required qualifications A University Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 2 years in instructional design within a large corporate environment Proficiency in adult learning theory and a portfolio demonstrating relevant software competence Advanced skills in Articulate Storyline and fundamental skills with Adobe applications and Microsoft Office Experience with instructional design models such as ADDIE, SAM, or LLAMA Demonstrated project management skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments
