Our facility is the first of its kind in Massachusetts offering Metro West Boston families the ultimate program for swim instruction and life saving water safety education.What We Are Looking For:We are looking to hire a Training and Development Manager!Our Training and Development manager will be responsible for taking care of our team! You will help support new hires from day 1 on the job until they are independent instructors. Also, you will play an integral role in employee culture, employee engagement and overall employee job satisfaction. You should be someone who has a passion for the water and working with children while also being highly organized, dependable and open to feedback. Compensation: $17 - $24Little Flippers is a learn-to-swim school that aims to teach water safety throughout our swim lessons.Would you enjoy working in a kid friendly environment? Are you passionate about educating kids and their parents about the importance being safe in and around water? If you answered yes, then this is the job for you!We are primarily looking for part-time swim instructors with the potential of full-time hours and some office work as well. Don't worry, prior experience in aquatics is not required! We offer a great, paid on-site training program that teaches everything you'll need to know about being an instructor.
