We are seeking an experienced Training & Development Manager with a strong hotel background to lead and enhance employee training and development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee training programs that support organizational goals and service excellence.
- Identify training needs and create development strategies for employees at all levels.
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and leadership development programs.
- Partner with department leaders to strengthen employee performance and operational effectiveness.
- Develop onboarding programs to ensure a consistent and positive employee experience.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve learning initiatives.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and exceptional guest service.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Training & Development within the hotel industry is required.
- Proven experience developing and implementing training programs.
- Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Experience coaching and developing employees and leadership teams.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of an organization.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $90,000+, depending on experience.
