People Technology Change, Training and Communications Team
The People Technology Change, Training and Communications team supports the successful deployment and adoption of new People technology across the enterprise.
Position Overview
This position supports developing and administering training programs to help people learn systems, applications, or product for data processing.
Responsibilities
- Supporting in-person and virtual training sessions by preparing training modules and related content to meet the needs of impacted Teams.
- Creatively incorporate learning activities to reinforce desired learning outcomes through varied approaches to engage varied learning styles (e.g visual, tactile, interactive, kinesthetic, etc.).
- Supporting the delivery of in-person and virtual training to all impacted associates.
Qualifications
- Exposure to SAP is preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience facilitating training with large and diverse groups of learners via different modalities (online, in-person, hybrid) is preferred.
- Great communication, presentation, and public speaking skills are a must.
- Organizational, time management, and critical thinking abilities.
