This role includes on-site training and support within the employees' designated work environments. The Trainer also provides hands-on, at-elbow training for performance remediation when needed.
The Trainer will assess the performance of new hires upon completion of their training to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality, consistent patient service in accordance with organizational standards.Key Responsibilities:Facilitate orientation and ongoing training for Patient Services RepresentativesDeliver on-site and remote training across various clinic or department locationsProvide coaching and at-elbow training when additional support is identifiedEvaluate trainee performance and report on training outcomes to leadershipEnsure consistency and quality in service delivery across all patient-facing functionsMinimum Qualifications:High school diploma or GED requiredMinimum of 3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Ambulatory/admitting, Patient registration, Pre-registration & pre-certificationOR 1+ year of the above experience combined with an associate's degreeMinimum 1 year of experience in a lead, trainer, or educator roleProficiency in third-party applications such as Payment Navigator, One Source/Passport, Microsoft Teams
