Serve as a direct channel of communication between the residents and the Charge Nurse.Job Requirements:Nursing Assistant (NAR) on the Minnesota State Registry in good standing or ability and plan to complete Nursing Assistant coursework and/or competency testing per regulations and care center policy.
Must be 18 years of age or older. Successful completion of the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) approved course "Medication Administration Program for Unlicensed Personnel."
