This role plays an important part in ensuring products are loaded safely, accurately, and efficiently. - The compensation range for this role is $22.00 - $26.00 an hour in addition to KENT standard benefits (health, dental, vision, 401k). Final compensation is subject to variation based on the candidate's skills, job responsibilities, location and other pertinent factors.
- Pull customer orders, wrapping and filling trailers.
- Understand and practice product rotation.
- Fill out daily production paperwork legibly.
- Keep work area and storage locations clean and well swept at all times.
- Work overtime as required.
- All other duties as assigned by Plant Management.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Positive attitude and team spirit is required.
- Ability to drive fork truck, experience preferred but will train.
- Ability to read and understand production sheets, product identities, as well as the ability to learn and follow Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen.
- Ability to work in dust and adverse weather conditions and temperatures.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 55 lbs from floor to working height as job requires.
