Trailblazing Account Executive - HR Screening (Remote)

Alias is seeking a Founding Account Executive to build a new HR/CRA background screening business from the ground up. You will define target buyers, shape positioning, and craft a repeatable sales motion in a remote US-based role.

You will hunt aggressively with little existing pipeline, collaborate with Revenue leadership, and help establish Alias’s presence in this vertical. Expect high autonomy, fast iteration, and opportunities for accelerators as the category scales.
