Traffic Plan is seeking Traffic Control Flaggers / Field Technicians to support safe, compliant work zones for utility, construction, and infrastructure projects across the Mid-Atlantic. In this field-based role, you will set up cones, signs, and lane closures, direct vehicles and pedestrians around active work sites, and communicate closely with crew leaders to adapt to changing roadway conditions.
