Role Summary:
A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a shareholder-level attorney with substantial experience in traditional labor law. This is an opportunity for a senior practitioner to develop, lead, and expand traditional labor capabilities across diverse industries and geographic markets.
Key Responsibilities:

• Advise employers on all aspects of traditional labor law, including union avoidance, organizing campaigns, collective bargaining, grievance arbitration, and NLRB matters.
• Represent management in proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board, labor arbitrations, and collective bargaining negotiations.
• Maintain and grow a portable book of business while developing new client relationships.
• Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice groups and office locations on complex labor matters.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior attorneys within the Labor & Employment practice.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience practicing traditional labor law, representing employers.
• Admission to practice in the state where the attorney will be based.
• Portable book of business required.
• Strong experience in labor strategy, negotiations, and collective bargaining preferred.
• Excellent communication, client service, and relationship-building skills.
