Trading Support Analyst - Banking MarketsWe are seeking a Trading Support Analyst to support brokerage trading applications in a fast-paced Banking Markets environment. Core responsibilities include back end system analysis on top of front office trading support and analysis. This role partners with a global production support team to provide day-to-day operational support for mission-critical trading platforms.
Role also includes some development work following DevOps model.Key Responsibilities:Provide production support for brokerage trading applications in a high-pressure trading environmentAnalyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents, escalating as requiredPartner with business users to resolve issues in compliance with IT and business control standardsDrive root-cause analysis and continuous improvement initiativesProduce operational metrics, audit support, and application status reportingMaintain disaster recovery documentation and participate in DR exercisesCollaborate with technology, business, compliance, audit, and vendor teamsParticipate in on-call rotations, including evenings and weekends, to manage high-severity incidents end to endRequired Qualifications:5+ years of experience in financial services or capital markets2-3 years of experience with Azure Platform, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub/Jenkins etc.Advanced SQL expertise (Oracle, MS SQL, or Sybase)Strong scripting and automation skills (Python, Perl, PowerShell)Working knowledge of infrastructure components.
