What You’ll Do:

• Validate, process, and settle trades across multiple asset classes
• Monitor trade confirmations, allocations, and settlement status
• Investigate trade breaks and failed settlements through resolution
• Reconcile trade activity with custodians, brokers, and counterparties
• Partner with Front Office, Middle Office, and external parties to resolve exceptions
• Maintain accurate transaction records and support audit, controls, and compliance reporting
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, controls, and operational efficiency
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in trade operations, settlements, middle office, or post-trade operations
• Strong understanding of the trade lifecycle and settlement process
• Knowledge of equities, fixed income, derivatives, and/or xhqgsiq other financial products
• Experience with DTCC, Bloomberg, SWIFT, or similar platforms
• Strong reconciliation and break-resolution experience
• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
