To support a growing trading operations team, the full-time Trading Operations Associate will manage daily surveillance of customer activity, oversee trading and cash management functions, and monitor cryptocurrency trade execution while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Conduct daily surveillance of customer activity and perform operational tasks related to trading and cash management Monitor cryptocurrency trade execution and manage exceptions, including inventory account management Analyze data and review general ledger accounts to identify and reconcile discrepancies Required qualifications: 3+ years of relevant experience in broker-dealer, financial services, or cryptocurrency operations Proficiency in Google office products and Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing regulatory environment Desire to learn and take ownership of new responsibilities
