Supporting daily trading and portfolio operations, the full-time Trading Operations Analyst will ensure accurate trade execution, account maintenance, and reporting while working remotely and starting their day at 6:00am PST. Key responsibilities Executing trades for cash movements, investment changes, and account events Performing account reconciliation and resolving discrepancies Producing daily reports for Portfolio Managers and analyzing account performance Required qualifications 0-3 years of trading operations or financial services experience Knowledge of securities industry and custodial platforms Experience with portfolio accounting or CRM systems Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills A bachelor's degree or comparable work experience
