Following a recent move to a spacious new office in Soho, the organization is looking for a Staff Trading Infrastructure Engineer to spearhead the evolution of their trading infrastructure.
This role is focused on the technical frontier of transaction speed, MEV prevention, and liquidity routing.Key ResponsibilitiesInfrastructure Optimization: Lead the development and overhaul of transaction landing infrastructure to ensure industry-leading speed and reliability.Routing & Solvers: Design and implement proprietary routing systems and cross-chain solvers to optimize swap efficiency for users.Feature Development: Architect and deploy advanced trading functionalities, including cross-chain limit orders and custom gas sponsorship infrastructure.Strategic Planning: Autonomously identify bottlenecks in current trading flows and execute technical roadmaps to maintain a competitive edge in a multichain environment.Technical Leadership: Serve as a subject matter expert for a lean team of frontend and backend engineers, maintaining high standards for code quality and performance.
